Atal Apartments is a government housing project located on Pakhowal Road, near Shaheed Karnail Singh Nagar, Ludhiana. This development is undertaken by the Ludhiana Improvement Trust (LIT), and it's one of the largest and most modern housing initiatives by the civic body in the city to date, covering an area of 8.8 acres.
